As a holistic health and wellness coach I seek to understand your health picture from all angles, to identify and address the underlying factors holding you back from feeling your best. We explore your mind, your diet, your lifestyle and wellness goals and put together a plan that reflects you and that will help you to realise your vision. I may suggest herbal therapies to support you with rebalancing your hormones, improving your sleep, calming anxious feelings, helping your body to mitigate stress, or regulating your immune function, etc., as per your individual needs.
This process of restoring balance and wellbeing in the mind and body takes commitment from both of us, so I like to work with clients over a set period of time to see through this process. I offer packages from 6 weeks to 22 weeks support, tailored to you and your needs. I run group programmes focused on transforming one specific aspect of health. Sessions may be booked individually.
